Offer your kid to play a funny game, that stimulates physical activity, trains agility and vestibular apparatus, strengthens muscles.
Just ask the little one to go from the point A to B, using various ways of movement:
- on toes;
- on heels;
- on the inner side of the foot;
- on the outer side of the foot;
- backwards;
- with addl steps, etc.
You can even arrange a competition for family members!
Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write briefly about the experience and your kid's impressions.
