Paint with your kid the picture "The windy day"

Your little artist will probably like the activity!

You'll need:

•  watercolor paper (A3);
• watercolor paints;
• gouache;
• brushes;
• a jar of water.

Moisten the sheet of paper with water. You can make it with a wide brush or directle under the water jet.

While the paper is wet, paint the autumn overcast sky, using purple, blue, turquoise watercolors. You can place the sheet of paper vertically - the paints will flow down and mix, making original patterns.Thus the sky will become more picturesque and natural.

When the paints dry, paint tree trunks and branches with brown gouache. The trees should be tilted, as if the strong wind is blowing.

When the gouache dries, paint bright fallen leaves. Use yellow and red paints. Mix them to get an orange color.

Paint colorful leaves and grass. Grass also should be tilted.
