From the swish of falling leaves to the gentle thud of acorns dropping to the ground, nature provides a bounty of free craft supplies in the fall. Perhaps the best part of nature crafting is getting outside as a family to collect, observe, and play!
Make with your little one bright wrapping paper for decorating gifts for grannies, relatives and friends.
You'll need:
paper;
acrylic paints;
brush;
jar of water;
plastic caps;
apple;
knife.
Lay the sheets of paper on the table.
Dilute in plastic lids red and green paints.
Cut a small apple in half.
Show the little one how to dip the apple pieces to paints in lids and make prints on paper.
let him/her decorate the paper.
When the paints dry, draw the apple stalks and seeds with felt pens.
