Easy way to strengthen your baby's legs muscles!

Lay the little one on the back, put a ball close to his/her feet.

Bend the baby's legs, then gently push the ball with both baby's legs.

You can sing a funny song and comment your actions.

Let your little one try to kick the ball without your help.

Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write whether the little one liked the exercise.
