Pulling up

You'll need a gymnastic stick or something like it.

Lay your little one on the back, offer him/her to take the stick tightly with both hands.

Gently lift the stick with the baby.

You can attach the stick to the baby crib or in the playing area in the reach of your baby, so that your little one could catch it and pull up in a few months later.

The exercise is beneficial for back and arms muscles training, strengthens your baby's hands.

Make photos of your baby training, upload to the App. Add some words about his/her progress.
