Jumping up

Your four months old baby feels confident being hold upright under his/her armpits, so that it's high time to start performing one of babies' favorite exercises - jumping up!

Sit on bed or on a chair and, holding the little one under armpits, raise him/her so that the baby could touch your hips with feet.

Your baby will push away from your legs - just raise him/her higher, then lower the baby on feet again! Jump-jump-jump!

Cheer your baby with your voice, smile or singing funny nursery rhymes!

The exercise strengthens your baby's muscles of legs and tummy, as well as the little one develops the ability to control the position of the head and body in space.
